The F&B manager will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage are of the highest quality. Main responsibilities also include, designing menus, investigating and handling customer complaints, creating company policies and SOPs, as well as complying with food and safety regulations. You will be working closely with management as well as the F&B Director and Assistant Director.

Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
English proficiency skills (speaking, writing, and reading)
Excellent customer service skills
Interpersonal skills
Excellent communication
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual / multilingual
Knowledge of French cuisine and wines a plus
Knowledge/familiarity with Agylysis POS systems and computer softwares (Open Table, Google Drive, Harri.)
An eye for recruiting and staffing the right people for the right positions
Valid ABRA/TIPS

Key Responsibilities
Lead the team in service excellence
Uphold all Standard Operating Procedures, steps of service, and company policies
Maintain menus by updating them as needed and for any special requests/events
Develop and maintain relationships and connections with guests and businesses
Ensure guests are satisfied with their food and service experience
Hire and train new hires
Develop and mentor employees to help grow their skill sets
Follow and ensure food safety regulations are being followed
Schedule staff according to business levels, and adjusting as guest counts increase/decrease
Identify and communicate challenges and bring forth solutions and ideas to improve operations
Delegate necessary tasks to team members
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
