LALOU Hiring Event
Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 from 11:30AM - 2:30PM.
Open Interviews are being conducted at our sister restaurant
Olivetta - 9010 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state regulations and alcohol awareness training standards.
  • Prepares drinks in a timely manner; beverages are presentable and “photo ready.”
  • Has extensive knowledge in wine and spirits and actively makes suggestions to patrons and answers any questions.
  • Enters drink orders into the POS system in an organized and accurate method.
  • Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift. Puts coffee cups through de-limer.
  • Consistently keeps bar area clean and always maintains department’s safety/sanitation standards.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of locations of all required items.
  • Leaves area clean and stocked before going on break and prior to shift end.
  • Always follows department training standards. (i.e.: clean-as-you-go, re-check guest, etc.).

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous fine dining experience.
  • Previous bartending experience required.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Must possess a current RBS certification.
  • Must possess a current Food Handler card.
