Job description
We are a fresh and exciting Pan-Asian chain of restaurants bring exotic street food flavour to the high street for over 30 years. Now part of the hugely successful Big Table group (which includes Las Iguanas, Bella Italia, Amalfi, and Café Rouge).
We are rapidly expanding and looking for talented and dedicated people, just like you, who are passionate about the food and creating an amazing guest experience and looking for an opportunity to learn and progress to part of our success.
We currently have a great opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team!

As a Kitchen Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and sanitising all areas used for meal preparation, washing crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils
- Unloading food and equipment deliveries & ensuring they are stored in the right areas
- Making sure that work surfaces, floors, and walls are clean and sanitised
- Helping the chefs with food preparation such as peeling, washing and chopping
- Keeping freezers, fridges, storage and back of house area clean and organised
