JOB DESCRIPTION

The Amorino Assistant Manager helps the manager in the day to day operations of the store. He/she might plan and promote the daily schedule of employees, coordinate and discipline employees, make sure the store is stocked, clean, in proper working order. He/she also insures compliance with the Amorino standards of store organization, products management, sanitation, preparation, presentation and guarantees high and satisfying performances on customer service.

PERSONAL ATTITUDE

·      Customer Service Skills: customers are going to ask to speak to the assistant manager when the manager is not present. How you interact with customers is crucial for repeat business, employee morale and the health of the store and of the brand;

·      General attitude: be a shining example of good behavior and high performance for every employee, maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality;

·      Leadership and Communication: great verbal communication is necessary to insure a smooth and successful team management. Communicate clearly, firmly and accurately to the employees in order to attend the best results in all the store management operations.
