Barista

5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We are currently looking for a Barista to join our Ground Floor Restaurant team.

The responsibilities the role of Barista requires are:

• Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
• Preparation of classic and modern cocktails as well as full drinks
• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.

The Experience & Qualifications required as Barista are:

• Significant experience in a similar position is essential

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous

The working hours:

• Shifts between Monday – Friday from 6am – 4pm. 

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
